《生物医学基础》(中山大学校级一流课程)、《遗传学》(国家级一流课程)、《遗传学实验》、研究生课程《学术规范与论文写作》。获2017年全国高校生物学微课比赛二等奖;2018年广东省教学成果二等奖(参与);中大第8届教学成果奖一等奖(参与)。参与撰写清华大学陈晔光院士主编《分子细胞生物学》教材第四版“细胞衰老”章节,参编高等教育出版社第四版《现代遗传学教程》(贺竹梅教授主编),参编高等教育出版社《遗传学实验技术指导》(刘海英、黄军就教授主编),参编《生命伦理学》数字课程(贺竹梅教授主编)。现和张雁教授合作讲授并进行未来产业《生物医学概论》教材编写和知识图谱建设。
学术成就
2012年报道转录中介体复合物偶联RNA加工的新功能(Mol Cell 封面),获中科院院长优秀奖、优秀博士论文奖,强生亚洲优秀论文一等奖。近年来聚焦衰老的分子机制、端粒酶和端粒在生理和病理条件下的精准调控:利用团队自主研发的快速邻近标记PhastID 技术筛选出端粒RNA:DNA杂交链的阅读器ILF3,发现其能够招募DHX9 解开端粒处过多的R-Loop,防止端粒的过度延伸,维持基因组稳定性(Protein Cell,2024 封面);发现刺梨提取物促进端粒酶活性和延缓复制性衰老(Foods,2024);发现端粒体核心蛋白TIN2通过抑制不依赖于端粒酶的端粒延伸以对抗染色质不稳定从而调控胚胎干细胞分化(Stem Cell Reports,2022);筛选鉴定了来源于中药博落回的小分子SC通过靶向TERT转录和端粒酶组装的双重机制诱导广谱的肿瘤细胞衰老(Cells,2022);鉴定出新的衰老标志物miR-185(Aging, 2020);揭示了核酸外切酶TOE1参与端粒酶RNA亚基转录后加工从而调控端粒稳态(Nucleic Acids Res., 2019),利用涡虫研究端粒稳态维持和个体再生的机制(Sci Rep., 2016);发现非经典转录因子Ccndbp1通过结合MyoD促进骨骼肌分化(J Cell Sci., 2016);甘油激酶类Gykl1/Gk2通过调控线粒体聚集调控精子发生(Cell Dis., 2017)。第一或通讯作者SCI论文18篇,平均IF>7,总引用超400次。主持国家自然科学基金4项,授权申请4项专利。指导学生获得2024年第九届全国大学生生命科学竞赛广东省三等奖。
